I might be interested in the power steering for my Major. Do you know if the steering system is complete? I am not sure of everything I would need for the conversion.IP: Logged |

OHHHH....I might be interested in the power steering, and perhaps other internal bits too! Where is Woodstock in relation to Huntsville? I have relatives in Huntsville, and I was born in Leeds, outside of Birmingham!! IP: Logged |

Woodstock is located halfway between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa right off interstate. The town used to be called North Bibb.IP: Logged |

Beamo, I've been trying to locate a bolt that holds the PTO onto the rearend. There are 4 bolts, I specifically need the top right one, when viewed from beind. It is 6 1/2" long, and has two grooves in it. If you con put me in contact with the part, or owner, I would be MORE than greatfull. I would be happy to call if provided a #. You can E-mail me at BSarrazine@webtv.net Thanks in advance, Bob-O

Bob, The reason you are having difficulties with that bolt is because you do not have a standard PTO. You have a raised PTO which was only fitted in certain markets as an extra. The bolt you describe is actually the shaft on which the selector moves, part No. E23 GE9. This will be very hard to find although some of our Australian friends might be able to help. The PTO retaining bolts are 1"3/8 x1/2" 13tpi or 1"3/4 x 1/2" 13tpi for the raised PTO, these are common bolts and readily available from bolt stockists. ------------------ Kind regards Brian IP: Logged |
