Thats a Power Major, March 1960. Your block is November 27th 1959 All the rest are February/March 1960.

Supers did not come out until November 1960. Its easy to tell the difference. Supers have dif lock, inboard disc brakes and a different lift with draft control.

Kind regards
Brian

Rogern,
It is another way of informing you that you have the correct pump for the engine. This Pump was fitted to both the Power and Super major. [Mine is the previous one to yours i.e. 527 and is fitted to a May 1959 FPM]. It is the last of Simms type before the Simms Mimic was fitted to FSM's in 1962.
The number underneath is the Serial Number of the pump.[Mine is 293848 Just before yours] What I was trying to work out was when it changed types, thanks.
