Hydraulic pump
At the end of the summer the hydraulic pump gave some trouble. Because I have to renew the rear axle seal and remove the rear end cover, I could check it out. When I opened the pump I found the O-ring around the relief valve broken.(see red arrow) This was the same when I rebuild the pump about 7 years ago. Then it was also broken on the exact same place.
(see red arrow) Is this a common thing or is something wrong.

Re: Hydraulic pump
Yes, worn pump. Too much axial clearance, or do you say, end play is too big. You have to grind or sand down the pump body.
hopefully you understand my bad language....
Another way is to do shim plates, behind the bearing cups.

Re: Hydraulic pump
Thank you Mike.
You are right I think. The bearing are 0,5 mm lower than the surface. I will make two shims from 0,5 mm.
