Hi folk
Just a small request for help from this great community.
Driving up the local roads I noticed that my wheels has started to have a large wobble which was quite unnerving. Crept home and examined steering and front axle and noticed the RH radius rod had some slack in it. Closer examination revealed that my RH ball end cap had snapped in half!!!! I don't think that it would have lead to a steering disaster but now I'm desperatley looking for a replacement.
I'm going to the "Sodbury Sort Out" at Wroughton on August 3rd but can't wait till then.
So if anybody could direct or assist me in finding this part I would be extremely grateful.
Kind regards
Jerry Coles

Its the small cast cap which retains the end of the radius rod against the gearbox.
I've since had to use my Dexta and apart from driving slowly up the road 'cause of the wheel wobble it can still be driven.
Regards
Jerry

Good Fordson Folk
Can I through the Forum offer a big public thank you to Neil Paisnel from Jersey for very kindly sending me a replacement cap.
It is very much appreciated and I can soon be trundling around the North Somerset Lanes without wobbly wheeels!
