Why don't you amend your profile ( top of page) so people know where you are. Don't have to put personal address, but country would help, and county or state even better.
Somebody with a spare blanking plate may live 5 minutes away

Good idea Kev, nice to know where people live.
Marqus, I had a similar problem to yours. A kind member, Gerald took dimensions of his S/Dexta cover and sent it off to me. I then got hold of a engineering works and they made one up for me. How long it will last I dont know, but it works. I will go back and see if I can find the drawing and get back to you.

I agree that it is good to know where people live as the problems they encounter especially with availability of spares is very dependent on location.
I was surprised when I joined that the location field was not compulsory to complete as I know when i ran a nightclub / events forum it was possible to select what fields had to be filled in at sign up.

Marcus, I cant seem to find that diagram with measurements that Gerald sent me, it was some time back. I will keep looking for it.
Gerald if you are able to pull up that diagram you sent me for the blank cover plate that covers the back water jacket aperture can you please forward it onto Marcus.
Thanks Mervyn.

I just google map'd both Lincolnshire and Nottingham, and although your not 5 mins apart, your not that far apart.
See the benefit of having your location availvable.
It works for you, and it works for other people.
