Bonnet does not fit
Hi all are the chassis rails on a power major longer then a just a major cause my bonnet is a about 2 inch short lol bit of a wierd question for u all
Re: Bonnet does not fit
All the rails are the same through to the end of production, so are the engines. Cannot think why you should have a problem unless you have an aftermarket bonnet or cowl. Have you checked the cowl mounting bolts and the fuel tank mountings?

Nathan,
Send me a PM with the manufacturer/supplier of the cowl I am quietly collecting data on all these problems.

Did you replace the top radiator hose? Could it be that it is too long and pushing everything forward? I had a similar problem in the past and this was the cure. I can't remember what it was that I was working on though? Dandy Dave!
Have a Fordsonful day Folks!
