Super major re-timing
Super major re-timing
Hi everyone. I have a super major engine here, which i need to take the fuel pump off of to be serviced. I have never taken a pump off a timed engine and put it back on before. Is it a case of marking the pulley's and placing it back on again?
Oh yay, look, another seized bolt! Lets get a hammer.....and some kano.....and some cider!

Re: Super major re-timing
Nick,
You can put it right or wrong back on. Right she will run, wrong she won't.
If you have the pump serviced the marks will be put back on at the right spot.
All you have to do is set it on the right time, and that’s easy.
