rear axle seal/retainer

hello everybody

because my rear axle seal was leaking

i have orderd a new bearing, and a new seal / retainer, but the problem is, that the retainer does not fit, ( one extra ring see picture )

where can i order a good one, or is the retainer i have cut in 2 pieces not anymore avialble, and is the only option to modify the new one ?

I have carefully cut the new ones apart on the lathe to make them work.
