Yes, and here what´s inside. It was a little metal workshop in a place in Finland called Kylmäkoski that buildt an extra gearbox for the Nuffield with a ratio of the customers own choise. Then with a six sylinder engine it was a devil on the road. http://www.nuhvi.net/nuffield/index.php?sivu=kylmakoski
Thank you all for the update.
I continued working on the speed enhancement.
I found out without altering many parts it does not go faster as 35-40km/h.
The only way would be to modify the gearbox and the dif with automotive parts.
There would be enough space to place the components but would involve massive work.
Better to use a Steyr 540 and change the rear axle gearing, fit an VW LT front axle with springs and disk brakes and off we go =70km/h
To bad - I would loved to use the Major but I will put it in our Museum and drive it for fun.
