it was the unload valve...I think

This post is in reference to my "hydraulic lift problem" four posts below.
I took the lift cover off today. The unload valve was stiff coming out of the bore. I cleaned it and replaced the O-ring. I also cleaned the control valve. It did not seem to be gummed up very much. Put everything back together and the lift worked.
Now I just hope it stays working!

I am not familiar with the Dexta hydraulics, but on my Major I removed the unloadingvalve o-ring and it has work fine whitout it.
