NP Super Major Hydrualic settings HELP!!!!

Hi Guys, I really need some help setting up my hydraulics on my New Performance Super. Ive got all the manuals, seen the pictures in previous posts but its just not making sence!! I have fitted a new flow control valve so want to make sure everything is set up properly. Please can someone help me! :cry:

Can anyone shed some light on the issue?? Should the top yoke be wound in like in the 1st picture or out like in the 2nd??
