Basically, as you lift the hydraulic arms, a lever off the top of the top link bracket pulls an arm which lifts the loader arm as the hydraulics raise. I have no photos but a quick google search has brought up the correct one:
The top pic is the best ive found...mine is missing the top bar and the complete bracket which mounts where the top link fits on the tractor.
If anyone has one please help!
