Hi Mark and Guys
Not now but my place looks like a glacial Ice Flow!! What was here rained down to about a foot of solid ice!! I got 7 ft fall here it all stacked up too. Hasnt been this much accumulation since 1935 or so here. The drifts then froze. The old major could not hack the plowing either. I got rid of my blower last summer, casue last year was a record too. A once in 25 year thing. I figured I wouldnt live long enough to need it again! Yeah right!!

The Major would just ride up on top of the frozen drifts and the wheels would spin. I didnt have chains either. I was unhappy the old Major just wouldnt cut it without them. That was till I went up the road a ways, my neghibor has a late model MF around a 265 size, they had a 7 ft blower on it, chains, and FEL bigger tires and he was stuck ;)). And with all that he had I still had done a better job with my Major with a 8 ft hyd angling dirt blade ;)) Go Figure! they farm about 8000 acres too, and been farming all his life here, so I know he is no greenhorn driver!!

Its still cold here about 15* F but most of Jan it got to --10* F every night. It even got so cold my house pipes froze and broke with heat in the basement and the spigots running. I have got only one pipe to the Kitchen and to the toilet just barley working till it warms up. I found not to bother with the plumber here either he is booked solid til April.

I just run out of hay for the goats today last bale. Yesterday got the drifts cut enough to get to the shed to get out a few bales today. But it got real cold again and at this moment is 20*F. ;(( It was thawing a bit yesterday.

What was the worst my wood shed collapsed from the snow and all the good firewood is under the roof and a cake of ice. I had to scrounge up junk I could get to for the last 3 weeks!
