Does anyone know where I can find the list of casting code dates nowadays please

Hi Mervyn,

Thanks for info but that is engine casting codes, will probably still be useful, but there used to be a list of casting codes that could be found on gearbox, axle trumpets, back end castings which pointed to a date that the castings were produced. My original dexta has casting codes B10B - 10th Feb 1958 - info I found on the list. Maybe someone has a personal copy of this list which was at one time available on the website and could post it as a sticky, would be a shame if it has been lost.

I'm sorry I did not look properly. I have a copy here with me but am not sure how to copy onto the forum.
Maybe if you forward me the various codes I can look them up for you. Failing that I'm sure you will find them if you went onto the wiki, I am not sure of the password or user name

I had a look on the wiki but they are not available there, they used to be on the website before it was cut down to what it is now. I will send you a pm with my e mail address and perhaps you could e mail the list to me if possible please, I'd like to have a copy of the complete list.
