Stuck in 1st gear

hello some help please moved little tractor the other day and can’t get it out 1st gear stuck fast any help would be appreciated do I have to take gear stick out!!! to free it many thanks JM

I think you will have to take the gear lever out, while it's out check the lever bottom is ok. Dexta's are well known for this problem. If that doesn't work please post pics and let us know if you've got a heavy load on the hydraulics.
