after all my battles to free unload valve and get lift to work i find i have a leak when using aux hydraulics.
leak is coming from the block that is under seat and bolts to top housing, there are 2 plugs with roll pins retaining them it leaks from the one nearest the lift control quadrant or right hand side as sat in seat at rear end.
i replaced all the o rings on underside off this unit are there some i have missed internally.
oh yeah its a np super major
thanks Brett
hydraulic leak
Here we are:

Each of the plugs has an "O" ring. Some have threaded holes for pulling, for the others we used to put ball bearings down the galleries then lever them out.
Hope it helps

hi Brian, i managed to remove plug by screwing in a self tapper, o ring had a big chunk out of it so i replaced it, hopefully this will cure it. Will try it when it stops raining!!
the valve behind the spring would not move, will this cause me any problems? i have presssure at aux valve so it must be working i guess.

Did your leak stop as you replaced the O-ring? Mine did the same earlier this week, I changed all the O-rings but one(the same as yours) and of course the one I didn't swap developed a leak, fortunately that one can be replaced easily without removing the valve chest from the lift housing
