Logging in with Firefox

Post by Bensdexta »

I changed my computer recently.
Since then I can't log into this website if I'm using Firefox (other websites work fine). No error messages, just doesn't log in.
However I can log in if I use Internet Explorer
Anyone know why this should be?
Thanks,
Ben

Ben,

I would suspect it is your browser settings. I am no computer expert but I do know others on here use Firefox.

Ben,

I'm using Firefox, no problems but, I wonder...
When you try to go to the site, are you sure there is not a little bar at the top telling you that Firefox is stopping re-directing unless you tell it OK?

Regards,
Mike

I can't see/find anything like this - the mystery continues! I have reported it to Firefox.
All the best,
Ben

Ben,
I had the same problem. Here's how I fixed it.

-Open Firefox
-At the top left click "Tools"
-At the bottom of the box, click "Options"
-Click "Privacy" at the top of that box
-Click "Show Cookies"
-Scroll down the list to fordsontractorpages.nl
-Click on it to highlight it, then click "Remove Cookies"

Now you should be able to log on.

I'm glad that worked for you, Ben. I'm not sure what the cause of the problem is. Mike or Oscar would probably know more about that. This BB is the only one I've ever had that problem with, though.
