A few questions about this tractor
What Blue is needed? Empire?
Are the wings White?
New tyres are required all round 11/36 rears? but what for the front there on 6.00/16 which look a little small
And should the decals read Ford Major up by the tank and have the 4000 sticker on the side of the front cowl?

All the best,

Ben,
It was not Empire Blue or New Performance Blue, it was a new blue for the new range. Try your CNH dealer first, they usually have plenty of it. The wings and wheels are not white, they are Ford Grey, again the CNH people should have it.
The rear tyres were 11x36 6 ply, 6.00X16 4 ply were the standard front tyres and 7.50x16 an extra.
The rear badge should read: Ford Major 4000 and the front badge 4000.

Thanks for the help
I had an idea it wasn't Empire I will have a look in the Vapomatic range of paints, I will fit 7.50 front tyres I think as it will look better on the bigger ones
